All content, software, and functionality provided by acubemy are owned by Tan Grumser. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of our website or services without explicit permission.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your password with others. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use this service independently. Users under 16 require parental or guardian consent.

3. Acceptable Use

When using acubemy, you agree not to:

• Engage in harassment, offensive behavior, or abuse towards other users.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload (DDoS), or harm the backend infrastructure.
• Intentionally submit false or misleading data to our service.
• Cheat or manipulate outcomes, particularly during tournaments or competitions.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms, including cheating, misuse, harassment, or disruptive behaviors. Where possible, we will notify you prior to termination unless the violation requires immediate action.

5. Account Deletion

Users may delete their account at any time. Upon receipt of a deletion request, the account will be permanently deleted within 14 days. During this period, the account will be deactivated and cannot be used. A reactivation is possible upon request within this timeframe. After the 14-day period has elapsed, restoration is no longer possible.

6. Limitation of Liability

acubemy and Tan Grumser are not liable for any losses, damages, or data loss arising from your use of our service. We strive to maintain data integrity and service availability but cannot guarantee these absolutely.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Germany.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Updates will be posted prominently on our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
